SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Processing time is 2-4 days. Delivery time is 2-7 days depending on your location. A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

 Certain Doefiend brand items will ship separately from other items. These items have separate processing and shipping information. Please check the item's description for more details. Additional shipping charges will apply. 

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. 

RETURN POLICY

All items listed under custom and vintage are not eligible for returns. Doefiend brand items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for manufacturing reasons only. If there is any issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.  This means we will not except returns just because "you changed your mind."  

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

If the postal service returns a package to us for any reason, you will be notified immediately to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for the returned-to-sender package. Once the address is verified and the new postage is paid in full, the package will be shipped back out to you immediately. Please make sure to enter your correct address at checkout to avoid having your package returned to sender!

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York.
